Take a look here and check if you have the latest slave version (1.01), because there were allegedly some "keyboard problems" in the earlier one:

It's working now. The cure turned out to be the NOMMU tooltype. In addition to "healing" the keyboard, it improved the smoothness of the animation and removed small display errors.
I played TUPQ and it turned out to be a pretty good pinballer. It does not beat Slam Tilt and Digital Illusions production, but it is better than Pinball Mania and Obsession.
i'm gonna kill all you joy.

Maybe this is something wrong with libs from 040, since you had to disable MMU use by this Slave?
For 060 I use the latest available from Blizzard 1260.
In the era I played a lot in UPQ, mainly Heavy Metal. But also in Wasteland I liked the level of the table, and the multidirectional scroll in the Arctic table.

I have Apollo 1240 and this card is said not to always be liked with WHDLoad. In some version it was even set by default to disable the MMU when Apollo was detected (later it was abandoned). This is probably not a problem with the Blizzards.
I'm a great warrior of old lore.
