The potentiometer was operational as long as everything was working :) Today I will measure it and let me know.

It is not very clear what the marking has Q1 and I do not see which resistor is R41. Although there is 2.74V on the leg of Q1 from the potentiometer side, on the leg from the front of the record it is zero, and on the base it is -0.25V.
Lower leg 9.19V, upper leg 0, nothing changes as it turns.

It looks like a potentiometer. But this one is big and it has 2 legs plus two grips that are not compact to the mass. How does this relate to the potentiometer I know from XE? Do I have to have another one? If so, what is the symbol to find?

On the album I'm holding in my hand right now, the R38 is of normal size, like the XE.

[Edit]
I just realized it was talking about 600XL and I was writing about 800XL. Too late, I'm going to sleep.

Lewis, measure on these holders, this is the third contact. It should be about 6-7V, and it fluctuates as you shoot.

So the voltage multiplier works. Check also by turning the potentiometer whether it regulates the voltage (measurement where it was 9.19V).

Yes, just measure the leg "at the bottom" of the potentiometer and it is from 0 to 9.19V. Between 4 and 6V the screen flashes every second, turning on the color for a moment, but with muck:

Are you sure you deleted C109? You have to check again if there is a cracked track on the disc in the area where you were doing something.
