I played simulators on eight-bit computers (Atari 65XE): "Silent Service", "Tomahawk", "F15 Strike Eagle", "Solo Flight". On 16/32-bit computers, they didn't pull me in anymore. Desert Wolf is an arcade game. Nothing to do with the simulator.

I recommend ALL Microprose simulations, maybe except the Subwar 2050 (forcing the conversion from PC, and probably only AGA, so 600 is out).

I also recommend the F / A 18 Interceptor. The numeric keypad is needed to change the camera from what I remember, and you can play the A600 anyway. Unlike many of the other games mentioned here, this one is an Amiga exclusive, hasn't been released on any other platform, and runs briskly on the regular 68,000.
