Core A1200 and some problems with software

It seems the problem has been identified.
I have received a new, reworked Alps drive and it is reading both floppy disks.
It also passes the Amiga Test Kit calibration test without any problems.
This original Amiga floppy drive only scored 11/11 on cylinder 79.
