At 741MP, the image via SCART, unfortunately, shakes vertically, I advise you to avoid it, unless someone is very undemanding. The same as on most LG M1721A (I checked a total of 3 pieces and only one is OK - it must have different electronics than the others, so the lottery ...).

Any monitor that has vertical refresh from 50Hz works.

Horizontal refresh in VGA mode is about 30KHz (Amiga X 2 modes give us a VGA refresh - dblPAL, dblNTSC)

Most monitors have a vertical frequency of 56Hz. You need to find one that displays the image from 50Hz.

Such a monitor will work 90% with the Amiga.

This is not true. 50Hz vertical deflection guarantees correct operation in PAL modes with scandoubler, without scandoubler only DblPAL and productivity modes will work for sure. To view PAL modes without scandoubler you need a monitor that can go down to 15kHz HSYNC. Few monitors displaying 31kHz / 50Hz correctly will display 15kHz / 50Hz.

I don't have one. But I have 2 monitors in which you can click vertically, horizontally in the range from 0. vertically to 1, I have an image of the eccentric to the left and some letters and edges are blurred. but slightly.
I will take both on SACP, maybe some kind soul will travel such a passage for testing.
