Is 71VM-BK the same as 71VM and analogously or 1550ME the same as 1550M? Such markings are on the rear stickers.

Unfortunately, I do not have any of these monitors anymore, so I am not able to check. However, I think that if you have the appropriate marking on the front, i.e. Accusync 71VM or Multisync 1550M, it will be OK. Besides, it seems to me that BK is only the color of the housing.

I use a Philips 20PFL5122 / 58 TV, classic LCD 20 "640x480 matrix and DVI input, it works perfectly with a vga adapter.

I use the iiyama XU2590HS big runs from 15Khz - games run, boot menu run and workbench run in almost all modes. Has speakers (weak but playing with amiga) I'm using dblPal currently for the System. I use a regular 1do1 cable grommet with no additional circuits.
The monitor also works with a PC - it has a port selector, you can switch between DVI, VGA (amiga), HDMI.

How about the proportions? Can you set it 4: 3 or does it stretch?

I have the opportunity to buy the EIZO FlexScan L 685 monitor at a good price
They probably used to be very expensive, used in editorial offices, etc.

In the technical data, quite wide frequency ranges, maybe 15kHz can be displayed?

I was able to overscan, but try to run eg SlamTilt. You will have the bottom cut.
